In 2009, the world lost a sweet little girl who died in a church bus wreck. What happened next no one could have predicted.

Maggie Lee

 for Good

520 Olive Street- Moved to back of Highland Center on the 2nd Floor. Please come join the party as we celebrate the re-opening of the beautiful & FREE Children's Clothes Closets Maggie Lee's Closet & Little Clothesline.

About MLC: On February 20, 2013, Maggie Lee's Closet held a Grand Opening. The concept is simple: a beautiful couture children's shop which provides gently-used clothing as well as brand-new uniforms, belts, socks and undies to Shreveport-Bossier Children at absolutely no cost to them.

The space is bright, beautiful and full of new uniforms & gently-loved everyday clothes. Children may visit Maggie Lee's Closet four times a year and helpers (Maggieleestas) welcome the chance to extend Maggie Lee's love for God (as well as fashion!) to the precious children in our area.

Each August Khaki Fair provides brand new uniforms to 300 children. Even with all of the restrictions of COVID-19, we managed to pull it off in a safe, socially-distanced way!

Please email for more information, an application or details on how your group may volunteer.
